How might we make login process more efficient

When entering the app, we are always required to input a PIN, while for payment purposes , we use another application. So, what’s the point of having to enter the PIN every time before accessing the app?
The layout arrangement of the menu is confusing when attempting to carry out the main task (Sending a package) which one should i go first ?

When attempting to do a drop-off shipment, there’s no instruction provided of what users should do next after the transaction happened.
Reference & Benchmarking
I use Google maps as a reference for navigation feature, InDrive as its main / homescreen and some feature. I also reviewing some of the delivery expedition apps for benchmarking
Final Words
For Pos Indonesia, the presence of PosAja apps is their commitment to stay innovate and competitive in this digital era. However, in terms of UX, PosAja apps still has some catching up to do compared to other similar apps in this field. I hope this revamp could improve PosAja UX so that existing user feel more comfortable using this apps and new users can find it easier to navigate and utilize the app features

Revamping Log in methods
Using OTP Methods not only improving user experience, but also security because it’s prevents some forms of identity theft by making sure that combination of username / password can’t be used second time
By making the homescreen more contextual by dividing it by its core services so that users are not confused to achieve their goals
Navigate user to their destination
After user completing their task on drop-off service, they will be navigate to drop off centre of their choice.

As a user of PosAja Apps back in 2022, i found some problem and issues within this app, here is some of the problem i’ve found :
Background
PosAja is a mobile-based delivery expedition application from PT. Pos Indonesia that was released back in 2021, available on Android and iOS. This application is one of several applications within the ecosystem of Pos Indonesia's services (PosAja, PosPay, Pos Migran Indonesia)
